Personal & research

2025 - present

End-to-end product ownership - from idea, data model and geodata/LLM content pipeline to the web front end and deployment, built solo with LLM coding workflows.
Open geodata is ingested and cleaned (GIS), an LLM workflow drafts sourced building descriptions (curated, not raw), and routes string buildings into guided, location-aware walks.

Concept · in development

A browser BIM checker I am designing - load IFC client-side, build checks as a visual node graph (filters, property readers, geometric checks), import/export `.cset` rule sets, and see pass/fail in a 3D viewer with BCF export. Personal R&D, in active development.
Grew directly out of my BIM-coordination and custom rule-writing work; results are clickable down to the individual element, with pass/fail counts per rule.

Live tool

Parses opaque Solibri `.cset` files and presents the rules as readable tables - comparison, raw-data and element-type views.
Lets coordinators review and standardise rule-sets without touching Solibri internals.

Ongoing

Custom automated check rules for modular-construction QA/QC, written against the Solibri SDK where the built-in rules fall short.
Representative checks include an Opening Geometry check and a Penetration Depth check - each turning a recurring manual review into a repeatable automated rule.

2024 - 2028

Doctoral research at TU Dresden - "The Transformation of Tashkent's Mahalla (1966-1991)": how Soviet modernisation reshaped the traditional neighbourhood community after the 1966 earthquake.
Chair of Heritage Conservation & Design (Prof. Dr. Marx); multidimensional method - archival study, field survey and three case studies - across four research trips to Tashkent (2024-2026), defence targeted for 2028.
